INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Layer all ingredients except shredded cheese into crockpot.
- Cook on low 5-6 hours.
- Shred chicken in crockpot. Add rice and shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
- Cook additional one hour until rice is cooked to preferred tenderness.
