#RecipeBox: Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Layer all ingredients except shredded cheese into crockpot.
  2. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
  3. Shred chicken in crockpot. Add rice and shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook additional one hour until rice is cooked to preferred tenderness.
