Taco Casserole

  • 1 pound ground turkey, browned & drained
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups shredded fiesta-blend cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Lightly grease 9×13 pan.
  2. Blend meat, taco seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle meat mixture thoroughly with cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine milk, baking mix and eggs. Pour and spread evenly over cheese layer.
  5. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
