- 8 ounces cream cheese, slightly melted
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I always use a mixed bag with cheddar or colby.)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch
- 1 bag pepperoni
- Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Mix well. Gradually add shredded cheese.
- Spread about 1/2 cup of mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Place pepperoni evenly across each tortilla. Roll up tightly, jelly roll style.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, cut each tortilla into 12 slices.
