Pepperoni Roll-Ups

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, slightly melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese  (I always use a mixed bag with cheddar or colby.)
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch
  • 1 bag pepperoni
  1. Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Mix well. Gradually add shredded cheese.
  2. Spread about 1/2 cup of mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  3. Place pepperoni evenly across each tortilla. Roll up tightly, jelly roll style.
  4. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, cut each tortilla into 12 slices.
