Crockpot Cream Corn

  • 4 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, chef’s choice
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  1. Line or spray crockpot.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mixing very well.
  3. Pour mix into crockpot. (I use crockpot liners for easy cleanup!)
  4. Cook on high 2 to 4 hours, or on low 4 to 6 hours.
